Why This Session
Most of our lives happen in motion. We move from task to task. Conversation to conversation. Thought to thought. Often without noticing how we are breathing.
This session is an opportunity to slow down and gently practice awareness, not only while lying down, but also while moving.
Because life moves. And your breath moves with it. This is not about changing your breath. It is about learning to notice it.
What We’ll Practice
This 2-hour session includes:
• Arrival circle and intention setting
• Qi Gong inspired movements
• 60 minutes of guided Breathwork
• Grounding and integration movements
• Optional sharing and Q&A
Everything is invitational.
You are always encouraged to move and breathe at your own pace.

🌿 Your Facilitator
My name is Gyovany Orlando Muñoz.
I am a breathwork facilitator and the founder of Medicine of Breath.
My relationship with breath and movement began in childhood through martial arts training, and deepened over the years through practices such as Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. Breath has been a central thread throughout these disciplines, not as something forced, but as something observed, refined, and embodied.
My background as a former combat medic in the United States military shaped my understanding of how the human system responds under pressure, and the importance of calm, grounded guidance. That experience continues to inform how I hold space: steadily, attentively, and with care.
In 2019, I completed formal Breathwork training and began facilitating both in-person and online sessions internationally. Over the years, I have facilitated sessions in cities across the United States, including Miami, New York City, Denver, and Stamford. As well as internationally in Bali, Mexico, and Colombia.
Each space has taught me that the breath is universal, yet the way we experience it is deeply personal.
Through Medicine of Breath, I guide practices that bring awareness to the connection between breath, body, and attention. My work emphasizes regulation, clarity, and embodied presence; especially in moments that feel intense or overwhelming.
I do not see myself as someone who fixes or forces transformation.
I see myself as a guide. Helping you build awareness of your breath so that you can move through life with greater steadiness and intention.
If you choose to join this session, I will be there to support you in moving and breathing at your own pace.
